Terms of purchase

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You must verify your email before purchasing. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Products and payment

Product descriptions, prices and delivery details are shown on the relevant product page. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and the fulfilment process has started.

Digital access

Purchased products are made available through your account. Download links are temporary, normally expire after 15 minutes, and may be generated again while your entitlement remains active. We may suspend access where an order is refunded, reversed, disputed or abused.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share account access, bypass download controls or use products unlawfully. Product-specific terms shown at purchase take priority where they differ from these general terms.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the store and purchased products available, but maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control may occur. Contact contact@notabis.com if a product is missing, defective or inaccessible.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Statutory consumer protections continue to apply in the relevant jurisdiction.
